After living in Urbana for over 10 years my wife Jeanne and I decided we wanted to sell our house and move back to Cedar Rapids. The internet seems ideal for getting the word out on a house for sale and the interface was well designed and easy to use. George and Chad came out to the house the very next day, took pictures, delivered my sign package, and provided us with good advice on how to proceed.
We had a buyer within a month and closed on the house April 27th. I was concerned about closing until I was linked up with At Your Service Escrow and Cherryl took care of all the details associated with closing.
