Creating the Purchase Agreement

Once a home buyer has been identified, the next step is to create a Purchase Agreement. If you feel uncomfortable with this process, you can hire a Real Estate Attorney that can help you handle all the details of the Purchase Agreement. Enlisting the services of a Real Estate attorney may be well worth the money for the peace of mind you receive in return.

Disclosure Statement

In addition to the Purchase Agreement, the home seller is required to provide a Property Disclosure Statement to make the home buyer aware of any defects and conditions concerning the home, from water damage to structural problems, etc.
